  1. To maximize the time allotted for the special session and to encourage audience participation, the plan is to introduce the Special Session during the “2024 EHSCC Meeting Announcement” to be given by Cheryl Walker and Director of the GC-CPEH from 12pm to 12.30pm.

  2. We will encourage people to get settled into the venue between 12:50–1:00pm (10 minutes).

  3. Welcome and introduction will start at 1:00 pm prompt so that the ESI speakers can start their presentations at 1:05 pm.

  4. The presentation style is “Flash Talk”–each presenter is expected to complete their presentation within 7 to 8 minutes.

  5. PowerPoint slides are required–to be uploaded before the meeting (deadline set by the GC-CPEH).
